My partner is a pakistani national in spain with a visitor visa - we want to get married in spain. After that can i bring him over to UK if so how - i am a British Citizen.

Yes i am British Citizen - want to get married in spain as i do not want to get married in pakistan. What i meant by 'bring him' to the UK? is that can i apply from spain for a spouse visa to come to UK or do we have to apply from pakistan

Can you clarify a couple of points? You're a UK citizen and reside in the UK and want to get married in Spain to a Pakistani national whilst he is visiting Spain? and what do you mean by 'bring him' to the UK?
