Planning to become a South Korean student

Hi, I am a Canadian student looking into attending university in South Korea. As there is not much information online about the process, I was wondering if anyone that has been in a similar situation could give me a few pointers on what to expect. I am planning to attend an university in Seoul, as well as find housing with other students my age so that we can split the rent. Thanks in advance to anyone that has any information to share.
